the staff greeted me with genuine smiles each day. the front desk was helpful with directions and local tips. they even assisted me with printing a boarding pass, something i valued.
The staircase proved a little challenging with heavier luggage.

The hotel is close to a metro station. It makes travelling around the city simple. gare du nord is nearby. That allows easy access to other parts of the area. exploring the neighbourhood was wonderfully easy.

The comfort double room featured cozy decor. it was clean. Every detail showed great care. i found fresh towels each day. They were quite soft and luxurious.

I was touched by the staff's quick response. I appreciated the dedication. the breakfast croissants were the most AMAZING!!! the coffee machine had a range of options. It catered to everyone's preferences.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with storing bags after checkout. The room was cleaned daily which I found very convenient.
The stairs were quite narrow. Carrying suitcases to the upper floors proved difficult. I also found the tea selection at breakfast limited a black tea with milk was unavailable.

The breakfast was a nice start to the day. our room suited our needs. I traveled with two other adults so the extra bed was useful. the neighborhood around sacre coeur was charming for walks. taxis and ubers were easy for trips to city attractions.

Staff spoke several languages and seemed helpful. the wifi worked fine. it offered a convenient check out time at 12pm. It was quite useful to arrange my departure.

I was not informed about a room deposit of 100€. the staff pretended not to understand when i asked about it. i would not recommend this hotel. It lacked transparency.

the staff helped with my suitcase up a few flights of stairs. i could leave my luggage until i needed it after check out. the breakfast had good options.
